Happy Valley Home Center specializes in wholesale distribution and retail sales of home improvement products. We focus on five main categories: Doors, Windows, Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Cabinets, and Flooring. We offer much more than just these five core products such as siding, roofing, faucets, toilets, hardware, drywall, vanity tops, granite, sinks, countertops, decking material, vinyl railing, marble mosaics, and architectural designer stone. At Happy Valley Home Center we strive to be the best and offer many great services such as delivery, kitchen design, bathroom design, floor design, to include exterior roofing and siding design. Happy Valley Home Center has a large inventory selection to complete any order, small or large. With our available inventory, we are able to complete large orders within 2-3 business days. Special ordered windows arrive within 9 business days. Other items, including custom ordered countertops, can be here in little as 4 business days.
Orders placed online will be subjected to a delivery fee based on several factors which include but are not limited to quantity of items, total sale, distance from store locations, weight of items, delivery site conditions, tolls, fuel costs and/or time.
When placing an order online we will determine the most cost effective approach to get an item to our customers wheather it be via UPS, FedEx, Our Trucks, Common Carrier, or simply LTL.
All pricing online is based on an item only and delivery is not include. All items are FOB out of warehouse or store.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Custom ordered countertops do not qualify for refunds. Any product that is specially ordered requires a 50% deposit. If not defective, special ordered windows when returned will be assessed a 17% stocking and handling fee. Any stocked item sold from Happy Valley Home Center is eligible for return due to defectiveness. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
All special ordered items are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee if a specially ordered item is cancelled.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent to the appropriate destination (ie. shipping, manufacturing) as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. These fees are assessed to us from financial institutions, manufactures, and also costs related to doing business (ie. administrative, adjustments). A minimal 10% percent cancellation fee will be assessed to cancelled orders. In some instances a 25% restocking/cancellation fee may be assessed.
Pricing:
Happy Valley Home Center and the Manufactures that we purchase from reserve the right to increase and decrease pricing with or without notice. Sales will not be processed until a form of authorization is given in the form written, electronic, or verbally when delivery fees are added to the cost of the product.
