At Happy Valley Home Center we offer to our valued customers the option of delivery. Should your order meet certain requirements we will gladly deliver to a location within our delivery zones.
We currently deliver via our trucks to the following states, depending on your location: -Virginia -Maryland -District of Columbia -Pennsylvania -Delaware -New Jersey -New York -West Virginia
We also ship via FedEx, UPS and Common Freight Carriers to other states and countries.
Unfortunately at this time, shipping information is unavailable when you place your online order. A representative will contact shortly after your order is placed, to verify the shipping charges before your order is processed.

Availability – Jobsite deliveries are available within a one week to four week time frame once an order has been placed. Appropriate product lead times denoted on a final fax or email confirmation will determine the quickest and safest way to getting your products. It is very important to know and understand estimated lead times as shipping out products is directly correlated to the receipt of undamaged products.
Ordering – To utilize the Happy Valley Home Center (HVHC) Jobsite delivery service, simply advise a representative at Happy Valley Home Center at the time you’re placing the order. For fax orders, please make sure the ship to address is denoting the address for the jobsite delivery and note “Jobsite Delivery” on the order.
Fee – Fee for this service is $50 to $200. Any refused jobsite delivery will be charged a $50 delivery fee. Subsequent attempts will also result in a minimum $50 fee per attempt.
Weight Limits – Deliveries will be made with vehicles weighing up to 20,000. Please keep this in mind when scheduling delivery to a site.
Height and Width Restrictions – All jobsites must be accessible with a truck that is 13' 6" high, 102" wide. It is important to consider not only the site area, but also the route to arrive at the site. Please confirm that deliveries with trucks of this size are not only able to deliver, but are approved for delivery by local governments and authorities.
Height and Width Restrictions – Happy Valley Home Center (HVHC) trucks will not go “off road.” Trucks must stay on a paved roadway or driveway. If we are directed to pull onto a driveway or sidewalk, Happy Valley Home Center assumes no responsibility for any damage to surface or surrounding areas that may occur.

Delivery Requirements
Delivery Schedule – At least one day prior to jobsite delivery, someone from Happy Valley Home Center will call to verify that the customer is ready for the delivery.
– A Happy Valley Home Center (HVHC) driver must be able to make the delivery in a timely manner. In general, delivery time must not exceed 45 minutes.
– If requested, A Happpy Valley Home Center Driver can call customer approximately 1 hour before arriving to the jobsite to ensure they have someone on site when delivery arrives.
